Gender Consultant under HREF Project

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, the National PSEAH Officer and the direct supervision of the Gender Specialist, the Consultant will provide coordination and operational support to advance the implementation of key gender-related project components. This will include coordinating and supporting the roll-out of the Gender and Migration Research Study, as well as facilitating the implementation of Intersectional Gender Analysis across IOM offices. The Consultant will contribute to the delivery of needs-based capacity building initiatives on a regular basis, support project documentation and dissemination. The Consultant will also undertake any other duties as assigned to ensure timely and effective delivery of project priorities.
