Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
- Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
- Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
- Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
- Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
- Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
- Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
- Any other task instructed by superior
Others:
- Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
