Lifeguard Job Description

Location: Dedham, MA, 02026

We are currently seeking a qualified and responsible individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our facility in Dedham, MA. The primary responsibility of the Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety at all times
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Qualifications:

• Current lifeguard certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
