Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through research, outreach, and inbound lead follow-up. 
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Making phone calls, sending emails, and using social platforms to initiate conversations. 
  • Qualifying Leads: Assessing prospects’ needs, budget, and readiness to buy before passing them to sales teams. 
  • Scheduling Meetings: Coordinating introductory calls or demos for account executives.
  • Maintaining CRM Records: Logging interactions and tracking progress in CRM systems.
