Territory: CA (San Joaquin & Sacramento Valleys, CA Coast) + Pacific Northwest

Job Summary
QualiTech is seeking a Technical Sales Agronomist to drive sales growth and business development. This role combines agronomic expertise, technical sales, and strategic expansion.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of practical working experience in agriculture, with emphasis in specialty crop production, agronomy, plant nutrition, agriculture sales.
- Background in territory growth, and customer relationship management within the agricultural industry, including grower, PCA, distribution relationships.
- Demonstrated business development experience, including opening new markets, expanding retail partnerships, or supporting branch growth initiatives.
- Field-level agronomic experience with the ability to work directly with growers, PCAs, and retail partners to develop crop nutrition programs and recommendations.
- Expertise utilizing proprietary software, agronomic tools, or nutrient management platforms to support blend recommendations and crop planning.
- PCA and/or CCA certification required. Advanced degree or PHD in Agronomy or in related field is appreciated.
