Job Summary
The Paint Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all painting, blasting and coating operations within the tower manufacturing facility. This position ensures production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials. The supervisor coordinates daily activities of paint line personnel and works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to achieve operational goals.
