Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Global Training Strategy & Roadmap
- Implement a structured training roadmap per country and region.
- Ensure alignment between global medical education content and local commercial needs.
- Adapt training materials to market maturity and business priorities.
- Monitor execution in key strategic markets and ensure follow-up.
Training Development & Deployment
- Coordinate and organize online and on-site training sessions.
- Support the execution of the training roadmap for each country.
- Ensure training materials are ready, updated and properly shared.
- Follow up with affiliates and distributors after each training.
- Collect feedback and ensure smooth implementation.
Materials & Organization
- Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and training documents.
- Keep all training materials well organized and structured.
- Support digital learning tools (LMS platforms, webinars, quizzes).
- Maintain training files, trackers and databases.
International Events & Field Support
- Help to support regional and international training events aligned with business strategy.
- Support congresses, workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Travel internationally to support affiliates and distributors when required.
- Provide field feedback to optimize training content.
- Work closely with speakers and cross-functional teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Medical Education, Marketing and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with KOLs and international speakers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international markets.
- Be proactive and propose improvements to optimize processes.
- Take initiative and solve problems efficiently.
- Be proactive and take initiative in daily tasks.
Performance Monitoring
- Prepare clear and structured reports.
- Follow and track training KPIs.
- Measure training impact on sales performance and engagement.
- Continuously improve content based on feedback and results.
- Follow up with markets when results are below expectations.
- Propose actions to improve training impact.
- Propose new ideas to improve training formats and engagement.
- Bring creative solutions to make trainings more dynamic and effective.
- Think about new ways to improve learning experience (digital tools, interactive formats, content presentation).
Profile & Requirements
Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Medical or related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in training coordination, marketing, events or medical aesthetics.
Experience in an international environment is a plus.
Experience in medical devices and/or cosmetic products is a strong advantage.
Languages
Fluent English – mandatory.
