Assistant Restaurant Manager - Gastro Pub Longford Forest | Circa €37,300 per annum plus average shared tips of €3.66ph (€7,100 pa)* Cara's Kitchen and Bar is a relaxed, all-day dining spot with live entertainment and a kids' play area. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills. What you'll be doing Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Cara's Kitchen and Bar is open 7 days a week from 12pm to 10pm Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
