Manager – Plant HR

Position Title: Manager – Plant HR Position Overview: The position is responsible for leading and managing all HR and Industrial Relations activities at the Daman plant. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can effectively balance HR functions, including employee relations and talent management, with Industrial Relations responsibilities. This position will work closely with Director plant, plant leadership and HR Director to drive HR initiatives, Talent Development, People Development, Succession Readiness, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
