Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the construction execution of large‑scale projects
• Leadership of the trades as well as subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring quality, schedule, cost and safety compliance
• Leading site meetings and coordinating all project stakeholders
• Participation in procurement, contract management and claim management
• Close alignment with the project management team and the client

Show your expertise

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical discipline
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• At least 15 years of experience in managing complex construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and approval processes
• Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical construction is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills, decision‑making ability and high communication competence
• Excellent German and English skills
