Manager, People (Bilingual)

As a Manager, People (Bilingual) you will represent the broader People function with a particular focus on leading employee relations, supporting performance and growth, and providing trauma-informed coaching across the organization. While this role does not have direct reports, it plays a critical leadership function through influence, guidance, and partnership with leaders and teams.

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, this role supports complex and sensitive situations, including progressive performance management and employee wellbeing, by balancing accountability with care, context, and respect for lived experiences.
