Supplier Fulfillment Lead, Connecticut Operations

Barnes Aerospace, CT Operations is seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Supplier Fulfillment Leader (SFL) to support supply chain performance and on-time delivery through proactive supplier management and operational execution. The Supplier Fulfillment Leader is responsible for the “back-end” execution of the procurement process after purchase order placement. This role partners closely with Buyers, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure open orders are managed effectively, delivery commitments are maintained, risks are escalated early, and supplier performance supports internal production requirements.
