Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

  • Assist with patient assessments and help develop treatment plans
  • Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
  • Provide supervised direct patient care following established protocols
  • Document patient progress and caregiver instructions
  • Support quality standards for care delivered by assistants and techs
  • Contribute to plans of care, goal setting, and treatment program development
  • Help implement therapy programs and deliver essential interventions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. New graduates are encouraged to apply; we’d love for you to start your career with us!
  • Current state of Michigan license and CPR certification
  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
