Job Description
- Translate scaling strategies into concrete tooling requirements for ERP and automation roadmaps.
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives by synchronizing the goals of fleet life-cycle, manufacturing, and supply planning teams under a single cohesive operational idea.
- Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and inventory leadership to eliminate operational silos and develop data-backed scaling strategies that optimize material flow across the fleet lifecycle.
- Collaborate with NPI and engineering teams during design to define supply chain requirements, such as modularity and packaging, ensuring hardware is ready for scalable deployment.
- Analyze vast fleet datasets to identify systemic risks, converting insights into proposals that secure resource allocation and drive strategic alignment.
