As a Junior Valuer, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Valuers from our Specialist Markets team to deliver valuations for a wide variety of healthcare properties, including hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centres, and private care homes. You’ll collaborate on projects for a diverse range of clients such as international investors, financiers, owner-occupiers, and government agencies, using our proven valuation models and in-depth market insights.


You will also nurture client relationships and contribute to securing new instructions. Experienced colleagues will guide you and help you grow into a true specialist in healthcare real estate. It’s a unique opportunity to build your network and expertise in the property world.

What will you do?

As a Junior Valuer, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Valuers from our Specialist Markets team to deliver valuations for a wide variety of healthcare properties, including hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centres, and private care homes. You’ll collaborate on projects for a diverse range of clients such as international investors, financiers, owner-occupiers, and government agencies, using our proven valuation models and in-depth market insights.

What are we looking for?

You are analytical, client-focused, and have a commercial mindset. Additionally, you bring:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in real estate or economics).
  • A keen interest in healthcare real estate.
  • The motivation to pursue the Registered Valuer (RT) qualification.
  • A valid driver’s licence (Category B).
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
