Associate Manager - Fabrication

The Construction Fab shop/ Precasting/ Batching Plant Senior Team Member is responsible for optimizing fabrication performance by supervising daily operations, including CNC machining, blasting, and painting, to ensure high productivity and efficiency. This role involves managing procurement through SAP, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Senior Team Member develops and implements detailed project execution plans, coordinates with internal teams, oversees design compliance, and enhances fabrication techniques. They also manage budgets, address cost variances, and handle risk mitigation, while leading and developing the fabrication team to foster a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
