Job Description Summary:
This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the COO. Your assigned work location will be the SSJC Administrative Complex located in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Integration Leadership: Lead "Day 1" readiness and end-to-end integration workstreams for acquisitions
- Strategic Planning: Partner with deal leads during the due diligence phase to translate diligence findings into actionable integration playbooks and risk mitigation plans
- Project Governance: Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage interdependencies across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), synergy capture, and value-driver realization
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate high-stakes meetings with senior executives and acquired leadership to ensure transparent communication and milestone tracking
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct "post-mortem" reviews of integration cycles to refine internal M&A playbooks for future growth
- Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills And Abilities:
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets (claims, utilization, or financial data) to inform project strategy and resource allocation.
- Healthcare Acumen: Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS) and clinical operations.
- Project Management Expertise: Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
- Communication: Elite presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and manage sensitive change management efforts.
Education And Experience:
- Experience using eClinicalWorks preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally with 2-3 years spent as a Management Consultant (e.g., MBB, Big 4) or a Senior Data Analyst within a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance) required; MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred.
