Purpose of the role:
To ensure that ADD meets its product availability objectives to affiliates and customers, while supporting inventory, service, financial, quality, and compliance goals through effective Demand & Supply Planning.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsibility for coordinating and executing day‑to‑day Demand & Supply Planning activities.
• Supervise a sub- team of Demand Planners, providing support, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Assist in financial and inventory management processes, ensuring alignment with planning goals and adherence to planning calendars and regulatory timelines.
• Hands‑on operational demand planning for some assigned products.
This position reports to the Demand Planning Manager, Global Demand Management.
• Support the planning and execution of Demand & Supply activities to ensure product availability.
• Develop & maintain SKU-level forecasts across multiple product categories, including NPI and end-of-life planning.
• Ensure Demand & Supply forecast accuracy to support regulatory compliance and business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, TPM Operations, Regulatory and TPM/Manufacturing teams to Integrate inputs to build robust demand & supply plans.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and contributing to financial planning processes.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the site/TPM supply plan in collaboration with the Planning Manager.
• For new and transitioning products, work with Project Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams to gather demand inputs and support product availability.
• Act as a point of contact for Global Affiliates and Commercial Operations for routine planning updates and special requests.
• Liaise with Manufacturing and TPM sites to support timely delivery of orders.
• Support demand planning activities for customer programs and ensure continuity of supply.
• Prepare & maintain weekly/monthly reports and Planning KPIs.
• Contribute to global financial and inventory reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and support implementation.
Build an effective team.
Provide clear direction and define priorities.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to planning team members.
Help allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to planning timelines.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment.
Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety standards are met and all planning activities comply with AIDD EHS, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelors degree qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Professional Certification (APICS, IIPMM or equivalent) is desirable.
At least five years’ experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain planning within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Prior experience with relevant ERP Systems (SAP, ADDone, LSP) is desirable.
Prior experience supervising or coordinating others preferred.
