POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Lead Nurturing Specialist is responsible for managing and converting inbound leads through consistent, high-quality follow-up. This remote role supports 2–3 Burn Boot Camp locations, improving speed to lead, engagement, and conversion rates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute outbound calls, SMS, and email follow-up
- Maintain rapid response times to new inquiries
- Qualify leads and book appointments
- Support trial-to-membership conversions
- Log all activity accurately in CRM systems
- Communicate urgent needs to gym teams
- Meet defined KPIs (speed to lead, contact rate, conversions)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Process-driven and able to work independently
- Customer-focused with a passion for service
- Sales confidence or willingness to learn
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace required
- Work aligned with gym operating hours (early mornings and evenings)
