JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for developing highly complex structural analyses and designs for both new and existing infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, constructability, and cost-effectiveness at all times.
In addition to their strong individual technical contributions, this role acts as a technical mentor and multiplier within the team, providing training, structured feedback, and sound technical judgment in complex or highly ambiguous situations.
This position is distinguished by its broad structural experience, professional judgment, and ability to develop other engineers, rather than by deep specialization in a specific technical area.
