Role Type: Hybrid    

Travel Requirements:  In this position, you must be able to travel throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico as may be required from time to time.

Job Summary

Supports sales project coordination and execution by applying growing knowledge of electrical products, internal systems, and customer requirements alongside coordinating internal resources, maintaining project documentation. Works semi-autonomously to build foundational project management skills such as expertise in project timelines and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. Solves a variety of straightforward problems using standard approaches and leveraging strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers the day-to-day coordination of assigned sales projects and administer small to mid sized projects by monitoring timelines, processing documentation, and supporting project execution activities.
  • Coordinates project deliverables across internal departments, including operations, and sales support, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support in developing client facing materials such as proposals, customer quotes, bid packages, and change order documentation using standard templates, pricing tools, and product specifications.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, updating internal systems and communicating progress to stakeholders in line with company procedures.
  • Participate in client meeting as a support resource, documenting key takeaways and following up on action items.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex project requirements and product configurations to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance project execution by identifying risks, gathering stakeholder feedback and recommending adjustments to workflows, tools, or communication methods.
  • Documents project changes, escalations, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Recommends enhancements to reporting tools, documentation standards, or internal coordination processes to support team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
  • Required Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

    Years of Experience: 2-4 years
