Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Solutions) will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and support the execution and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition systems and solutions across Greater China.

This role is primarily responsible for assisting in system-related initiatives, supporting project implementation, and enhancing HR and candidate experience through operational excellence.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 1–3 years of experience in TA, HR operations, or HR systems-related roles.
  • Familiar with HR systems / ATS platforms (e.g., Moka, Beisen, Oracle; Workday / SuccessFactors as a plus).
  • Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented with strong execution capability.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

 

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

TA Systems & Operations Support 

  • While gaining proficient knowledge in using the global HR system (mHUB), can support the implementation and maintenance of local recruitment systems (e.g., China ATS)
  • Provide day-to-day support on system-related tasks, including ATS stabilizations & Enhancement, reporting and following up on issues arising during system usage, resolving routine problems raised by users, working closely with teams (such as TA, HR, Tech and IT) to continuously track and optimize system functions.
  • Assist in system configuration, user testing (UAT), and other rollout activities 

 

Project Coordination & Implementation Support

  • Support the rollout of global TA initiatives and local projects in Greater China
  • Assist in stakeholder coordination across TA, HR, IT, and vendors
  • Track progress and consolidate updates for reporting

     

    Change Management & User Support

  • Support change management activities related to new tools/ system modules or process updates
  • Assist in preparing training (e.g., monthly TA Office Hour) materials and user guides
  • Provide basic training support and collect user feedback

     

    HR & Candidate Experience Improvement

  • Assist in identifying process and experience improvement opportunities
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving recruiter efficiency and candidate journey
  • Help gather and analyze basic data to support improvements
