What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, solicit, and secure new group and catering business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
Event & Revenue Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, and forecasting.
- Maximize revenue through up-selling of rooms, catering, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Banqueting, F&B, Marketing) for successful event delivery.
- Ensure accurate handover to operations and smooth event execution.
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
- Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after events.
- Handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Operations & Reporting
- Support budgeting and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze market data and performance to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
