About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a sales challenger who enjoys prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating business value through solution-based selling. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships to support sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and sales activities
Engage with decision-makers and influencers, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face sales presentations
Maintain and grow new accounts using a structured Key Account Management approach
Promote and raise awareness of company products and solutions in the market
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience but fresh graduates is welcome to apply if keen to explore in the role.
Degree in any related field
Strong hunting mindset with high sales drive and resilience
Resourceful, analytical, and problem-solving oriented with techno-commercial understanding
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
Experience in packaging industry is highly advantageous
