LocationCY Fort Worth - 90 - MaintenanceAbout the opportunityThe Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operationally supporting all building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained property.What you'll get to do* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems* Respond promptly to guest and internal maintenance requests and work orders* Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems* Troubleshoot and repair issues related to lighting, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenance* Inspect property systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational reliabilitySkills and Experience* High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certification preferred* 1-3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related field preferred* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
