Location: Poland, preferred Kraków, Katowice
Full time, 40 hrs/week
This is what you are going to do!
You will drive and support Yokogawa Poland sales team(s) by initiating, identifying, developing and defining business opportunities to build market position and increase sales.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Initiate, develop, prioritize and execute plans to realize new business coming in to the company to ensure growth and that overall business targets will be reached. Deliver high-quality financial and administrative information in line with local and group standards.
• Develop and maintain the relevant product, applications, solutions and services portfolio, in line with the BU and Industry Annual Business Plan, ensuring that business targets are met.
• Collect and analyze relevant market and industry data to provide insight for new markets and opportunities.
• Keep relationship with major existing business accounts to maintain and increase sales. Identify and initiate new (potential) business accounts.
• Enlarge network (by means of e.g. events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, social media)
• Define, in close cooperation with corporate, industry and product marketing, promotion requirements to ensure Yokogawa product and brand awareness. Ensure that the sales team is sufficiently equipped with relevant tools.
• Create an excellent collaborative environment throughout the (Local and Global) Yokogawa companies to ensure a global and aligned approach to (major / local /global) customers and accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with the required and latest technologies and Market/Industry developments and share this with the relevant parties
We are looking for a colleague with:
• Bachelor level of technical education and more than 8 years of experience in Sales activities in the field of industrial automation in relevant industries (energy, pharma, chemical, renewables, oil & gas etc.).
• Analytical mindset, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Proactivity, high level of energy and self-drive.
• Capability to learn quickly and adapt to the ever-changing technology & environment.
• Experienced user of MS Office applications, CRM, etc.
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English (writing, speaking and technical terminology).
