Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Operations Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Operations Lead to join our team in East Granby, Connecticut, which specializes in the production of specialty optical fibers and fiber-based components that serve a wide variety of industries including optical communications, aerospace and life sciences.

The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) in a manufacturing setting. The position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, operational safety excellence, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and service operations while also functioning as the designated Laser Safety Officer (LSO) responsible for laser safety.

This role will support the safety programs at our manufacturing facility in East Granby, Connecticut with 30% travel in support to other sites in CT, MA, NY & NJ.
