Your Key Responsibilities
- Identifying customer requests in Salesforce and assigning tickets to the appropriate queues
- Handling customer inquiries related to order status and delivery status
- Creating new cases in Salesforce
- Supporting order changes, including cancellation, postponement, and sending order confirmations
- Requesting proof of delivery
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Able to work 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship) is advantageous
