Maintenance Coordinator

Homestead's Maintenance Representatives coordinate and execute the in-suite maintenance within one of our communities. In this role you will track maintenance requests, order necessary materials and schedule work with tenants. You will complete maintenance work orders when possible, coordinate contractors as necessary, and provide customer service to your residents.
