Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for onboarding activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, HR teams, and external vendors.

Job Description

  • Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Validate and verify all joining documents submitted by new hires.
  • Maintain and regularly update the pre-hire tracker.
  • Manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new hires.
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with broader HR functions, especially the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bank account opening for new hires.
  • Maintain employee document repositories in Workday or other HR systems.
  • Create and maintain Workday profiles for new employees.
  • Execute People Services and Talent Acquisition activities in compliance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all onboarding and employee documentation processes.
