Safety Engineer

What you´ll do Occupational Health and Safety Advisor in full compliance with Serbian OHS legislation and internal standards Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Assessment Act and all legally required OHS documentation Monitor workplace conditions, conduct inspections, and enforce preventive and corrective safety measures Lead incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up actions Maintain all legally required OHS records and prepare reports for authorities and internal use Deliver OHS training and provide expert guidance to employees and management Oversee high-risk work procedures, including Safe Work permits Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across all operations Support fire safety and emergency preparedness activities Ensure compliance with ATEX regulations and hazardous area safety requirements
