Monday–Friday • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM • No Weekends • Full-Time • Direct Hire
Ferguson Enterprises is looking for a skilled, dependable Fabrication Technician to join our Fulton, MS Distribution Center. If you take pride in your craft and want a stable career with a Fortune 500 company close to home — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll fabricate cut-to-length, finished-end pipe for customer orders and stock inventory — working with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC across a wide range of pipe diameters.
Cut, thread, bevel, groove, and weld specialized pipe materials
Perform precise machine setups and verify measurements to required tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and mechanical lifting equipment safely
Perform daily equipment inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Use RF devices to locate, move, and stage material as needed
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; trade/technical school or military experience preferred
4–6 years machine operation experience — pipe cutting and threading preferred
3–5 years forklift/MHE operation preferred
2–4 years welding or pipe end finishing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and team-first attitude

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
