Operations Associate, Practice Excellence

Upperline Health is seeking an Operations Associate to help grow the capabilities and effectiveness of our Practice Excellence function. This team is dedicated to advancing the clinical excellence of Upperline’s specialists by ensuring they have access to the most effective clinical resources available and by reducing barriers to adopting and utilizing those tools in practice. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and clinical strategy. The Associate will work cross-functionally to support providers, implement new treatment protocols, and drive continuous improvement in practice performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
