Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will take the lead in preparing all necessary shipping documentation, including waybills and bills of lading, to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely invoicing.
- You will be the main point of contact for our carriers, scheduling shipments, resolving any issues, and using our Transportation Management System (TMS) to optimize freight costs.
- You will collaborate closely with our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams, providing expert guidance on domestic shipments and developing your knowledge of export processes.
- You will manage customer logistics portals and maintain organized records for proof of delivery and audit compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You will play a key role in problem-solving, from investigating freight claims to coordinating with material handlers and implementing special decisions for expedited shipments.
