Clinical Lead Psychologist (Psy.D./Ph.D.)
Job Description
Thriving Center of Psychology (https://mythrivingcenter.com/) is a group practice with psychologists, psychiatrists, and independently licensed mental health professionals. We are committed to delivering evidence-based treatments and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. At Thriving Center, we recognize that exceptional client outcomes are achieved through supporting our clinicians' professional growth and well-being. Our collaborative team values community, culture, and integrated care delivery, contributing to our recognition as one of the top private practices in the country.
As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Lead Psychologist, a role designed for experienced clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development while continuing to maintain meaningful clinical work. Clinical Lead Psychologists serve as trusted peer leaders within a small pod of clinicians, helping strengthen clinical quality, team connection, and operational consistency across the practice. If you’re someone colleagues naturally turn to for support, guidance, and clinical insight and you’re interested in taking the next step into leadership, this role was built for you.
We’re looking for clinician leaders who are not only deeply passionate about providing exceptional clinical care, but who are also energized by supporting the growth and development of other therapists. The ideal candidate values mentorship, collaboration, and the opportunity to help strengthen the clinical skills, confidence, and impact of those around them. This role is designed for therapists who want to both continue growing clinically themselves and help cultivate excellence within a broader clinical community.
In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership, contribute to shaping practice culture and systems, and play an active role in supporting clinicians professionally while continuing to grow your own leadership skillset as you maintain your own caseload. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians interested in long term growth within a collaborative and rapidly expanding organization.
