Senior Customer Success Advisor

HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Senior Customer Success Advisor we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the internal customer advocate responsible for aligning HME resources to successfully execute on our key accounts’ business goals and initiatives. The Customer Success Advisor partners with Account Managers, oversees projects and strengthens relationships with organizations across HME (Support and Operations, Product Development, and Finance) and directly works with the respective brand personnel.
