Director of Health Care Facilitator, Mental Health and Employee Support Services

The Director of Health Care Facilitator, Mental Health and Employee Support Services provides strategic leadership for UCSF's employee wellbeing and support programs, helping employees and their families navigate healthcare, mental health, wellness, and community-based resources. This role oversees the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), COPE (Coping and Resiliency Program), Health Care Facilitator services, and a dedicated employee wellness team focused on increasing awareness, engagement, and utilization of wellbeing resources across the organization.

The Director partners across Human Resources, UCSF Health, and external providers to improve access to care, reduce barriers, enhance resource utilization, and strengthen the overall employee experience. The role is responsible for advancing UCSF's employee wellbeing strategy, including mental health support, healthcare navigation, wellness initiatives, and innovative approaches to connecting employees and their families with th
