
Head of BU Finance Platforms & Solutions EMEA / APAC (m/f/d)
Job Description
- Support and assist Vice President BU in running and further developing the BU
- Information and data processing for strategic steering of BU
- Conduct Budget and Multi Year Planning on BU level
- Investment planning
- Develop and optimize local, product line and BU Finance organization
- Drive and support implementation of group standards across BU
- Contribute to business model development from finance perspective
- Develop, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/ timeliness in cooperation with the group function
- Support monthly and annual group reporting in line with Group reporting calendar
- Define, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness / timeliness in cooperation with the group function
- M&A support (Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration)
- Develop and drive internal and external pricing strategies in alignment with P&S BU and Group Finance (including Transfer Pricing documentation)
- Assist / coordinate BU relevant Tax topics
- Participate in / support on bid-process
- Act as partner for group functions, product lines and local entities
- Support group functions in alignments with BU entities on various Finance topics, such as e.g. IC financing, Working Capital management, impairments
- A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, etc.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
- Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and tax matters
- Knowledge of implementing a financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
- Experience providing financial insights and recommendations to management, as well as serving as an internal and external point of contact for various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
- Initiative, quick comprehension, and an independent, precise, and proactive work style

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
