Head of BU Finance Platforms & Solutions EMEA / APAC (m/f/d)

• Support and assist Vice President BU in running and further developing the BU
• Information and data processing for strategic steering of BU
• Conduct Budget and Multi Year Planning on BU level
• Investment planning
• Develop and optimize local, product line and BU Finance organization
• Drive and support implementation of group standards across BU
• Contribute to business model development from finance perspective
• Develop, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/ timeliness in cooperation with the group function
• Support monthly and annual group reporting in line with Group reporting calendar
• Define, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness / timeliness in cooperation with the group function
• M&A support (Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration)
• Develop and drive internal and external pricing strategies in alignment with P&S BU and Group Finance (including Transfer Pricing documentation)
• Assist / coordinate BU relevant Tax topics
• Participate in / support on bid-process
• Act as partner for group functions, product lines and local entities
• Support group functions in alignments with BU entities on various Finance topics, such as e.g. IC financing, Working Capital management, impairments

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, etc.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
• Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and tax matters
• Knowledge of implementing a financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Experience providing financial insights and recommendations to management, as well as serving as an internal and external point of contact for various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
• Initiative, quick comprehension, and an independent, precise, and proactive work style
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, high sense of responsibility

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
