Job Description
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on finance/operations professional who likes building analysis that actually gets used. Not slide decks for the board. Not month-end close. Real models/analysis and reviews that help leadership decide where money goes, what costs too much, and what to fix first. We use Claude and AI heavily in how we work: you are expected to build automations, not just run spreadsheets by hand. This is a new hire to build analytical capacity, not a generic operations manager role.
Responsibilities
Run structured cost analysis across vendors, SaaS, banking fees, and payment rails
Track inefficiencies and savings opportunities; maintain a register with owners and status
Analyse banking and payment economics: fees, FX costs, rail comparisons
Support procurement and vendor ROI discussions with numbers, not opinions
Partner with payments and treasury teams on cost data and operational context
Build and maintain cash flow planning views (13-week rolling cash, inflows/outflows, key sensitivities)
Present findings clearly to leadership: what changed, what it costs, what we recommend
Build and maintain Claude automations for recurring analysis: data pulls, reconciliations, cost reports, exception flags
What makes you the perfect fit
5+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance
Strong financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets: cash flow, cost bridges, scenario analysis
Comfortable working from incomplete data; you flag gaps and still move forward
Cost analysis mindset: you spot waste, quantify it, and propose fixes
Clear written and spoken English (Advanced); you present to senior stakeholders
Self-directed: you own the analysis end to end without waiting for a perfect data warehouse
Practical experience with Claude or similar AI tools: workflows, automations that replace manual work
Experience with treasury, payments, or banking fee analysis
SaaS/vendor spend reviews or procurement ROI work
ERP actuals as a data source (you do not own close or statutory reporting)
Fintech or high-growth tech company background
Will be a plus
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
Experience building repeatable AI workflows (not one-off chat sessions)
What we offer you
Role with real ownership of analytical work
Direct exposure to senior leadership on efficiency and cost topics
Limassol office, full-time on-site
Room to shape how business finance works here, including how we automate manual processes
Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format
A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals
Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth
Relocation support and private health insurance
Performance-based bonuses
TradingView Premium access
Regular team events and company-wide meetups
