Morgan Properties is seeking a Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. What You'll Do: Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and resident-ready Prepare apartments for new move-ins Remove trash and maintain common areas, sidewalks, and amenity spaces Assist with landscaping, light maintenance tasks, and make-ready support Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop Support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, treats residents and teammates with respect, and enjoys being part of a diverse team that works together to keep the community looking its best.
