Senior Business Analyst (quality control, UAT)
Job Description
Responsibilities: Act as an internal consultant to understand the business needs in pricing team Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution Quality control on UAT results Review IT documents such as Functional Specifications to ensure alignment of user requirements between IT and end-users Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation to maintenance Provide IT system support to different users Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system issues Support ad-hoc data extraction, comparison and analysis Qualifications: University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines At least 4 years business analysis and project related experience in insurance and/or banking and finance sectors Business knowledge in Life Insurance industry is preferred Good analytical mind, self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent project management skills Excellent written skill in English, and good command of spoken English and Chinese Candidate with less experience may be considered as Business Analyst About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide
