Job Description
- Diagnose and repair dye sublimation printers and related equipment with a high degree of quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Keep reliable documentation and records of maintenance performed on devices.
- Troubleshoot devices down to sub-assembly level.
- Replace defective component(s).
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Follow and be an active participant in an accurate inventory control program.
- Provide technical assistance to customer support.
- Keep workstation and area clean and organized.
- Able to be cross-trained and flexible in regard to responsibilities and competencies.
- Intermediate level of electronic and mechanical skills.
- Functional ability to use tools and calibration instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other basic software.
- Clear and concise note taking ability.
- Ability to contribute to the team while completing individual tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Possess independent work skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving.
- Flexible in daily duties to contribute to the Company’s overall goals.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow co-workers.
- HS Diploma
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
