About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Communications & Marketing Manager for our Water + Environment sector, within our Infrastructure + Energy business line. This role will lead, develop, implement, and maintain the Water + Environment communications and marketing plan aligned with sector, business line and overall group strategy and objectives.
In this role, you will support alignment with global brand strategies while driving organisational and divisional business goals across a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic communication and marketing initiatives globally
- Generate marketing content and campaigns that drive client acquisition and client retention.
- Align activities with global brand and business strategies
- Develop innovative campaigns and communication programs
- Support CSR, ESG, and sustainability-focused initiatives
- Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external clients
- Lead and mentor a high-performing communications and marketing team
- Develop processes tailored to evolving client and business requirements
- Deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
About You
You are a proactive and strategic communications professional who thrives in collaborative environments and delivers results with confidence and creativity.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of contemporary marketing and communication principles and practices
- Demonstrated creativity with a flair for innovation and design
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet objectives with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of marketing that delivers outcomes for demand and lead generation
- Experience with processes and/or platforms for CRM and marketing automation is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to identify resourcing needs and support team capability development
