Job Title: CS&P Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Ownership of Personal Care Business
- Own Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Trade Spend across Personal Care brands
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and gap management in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Success Measures:
- Delivery of sales and margin targets
- Strong management of commercial risks and opportunities
2. Channel & Customer Strategy Development
- Translate brand strategies into channel- and customer-specific execution plans
- Define and govern Perfect Execution standards across different channels
Success Measures:
- Consistent, high-quality execution across channels
- Enhanced shopper experience
3. Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Establish pricing and promotion guidelines to balance competitiveness and profitability
- Evaluate promotion ROI and ensure disciplined trade spend management
Success Measures:
- Improved promotion effectiveness
- Sustainable pricing and margin structure
4. Innovation & Launch Governance
- Represent Customer Development in imported and local innovation pipelines
- Assess commercial viability and ensure strong launch readiness and execution
Success Measures:
- Successful, on-time product launches
- Improved innovation ROI and reduced launch risks
5. Integrated Business Planning & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Represent the customer and shopper perspective in IBP, IPM, and S&OP processes
- Align commercial, demand, and supply plans with key stakeholders
Success Measures:
- Strong cross-functional alignment
- Faster, proactive decision-making
6. Trade Activity & Execution Management
- Lead planning and execution of seasonal and tactical trade activities
- Manage external agencies and coordinate commercial initiatives with sales teams
Success Measures:
- High-quality in-market execution
- Efficient and effective use of trade investments
7. Performance Tracking & Stakeholder Management
- Monitor sales-in and sell-out performance to drive insights and actions
- Serve as the key commercial contact for Personal Care brands internally and with global stakeholders

- Data-driven decision-making
- Strong credibility as the commercial owner of the category
