Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is a subsidiary of Celltrion USA, established in 2025 following Celltrion USA’s acquisition of Eli Lilly’s drug substance (DS) manufacturing facility located in Branchburg. By linking robust local manufacturing capabilities with an existing direct sales network, we aim to generate greater synergies across our operations. Looking ahead, we also anticipate expanding into the global contract manufacturing organization (CMO) sector.
Position Brand Description:
Hands-on Full Stack Developer responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and compliant applications across on-premise and AWS cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership, architecture ownership, and development expertise to drive high-quality software solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- Deliver end-to-end application solutions (architecture through production support).
- Modernize on-prem applications for AWS cloud environments.
- Build scalable, secure APIs, services, and frontend applications.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and improve release frequency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
- Drive application security and vulnerability remediation practices.
Manage for Results /Strategic Planning:
- Define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Estimate effort, manage delivery timelines, and ensure on-time completion.
- Balance innovation with maintainability, scalability, and compliance constraints.
- Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI enablement.
- Lead architectural decisions and continuously improve development processes.
Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders and Customers:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Data Teams, and Platform Engineering.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on delivery, risks, and dependencies.
Staff Development and Management:
- Promote coding standards, best practices, and architectural consistency.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Support team growth in cloud, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
Resource Management:
- Manage workload prioritization and task distribution.
- Ensure optimal use of tools, platforms, and cloud resources.
- Support capacity planning and scaling of development efforts.
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET/.NET, Angular, JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS cloud development and application migration.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Familiarity with data engineering (ETL pipelines, data transformation).
- Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI use cases.
- Experience in regulated environments (CRO/pharma).
- Knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
This role is exempt and the anticipated compensation for this role is $90,000-$147,000.
This is a banded role, and candidates will be placed within the range based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
