JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Operations Management
Support front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest checkout experience
Communication
Communicate critical information clearly and effectively
Provide timely and accurate updates to leadership regarding issues and operational needs
Safety
Adhere to departmental safety protocols
Identify, report, and escalate safety concerns as appropriate
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of related supervisory experience
5+ years of customer service experience
