How you’ll make an impact

       As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various business functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in rotations across different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources) to gain a holistic understanding of Hitachi's business.

  • Assisting senior management with project planning, execution, and reporting, contributing to strategic initiatives.

  • Conducting market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to support business development efforts.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

  • Developing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders on project updates and findings.

  • Learning and applying Hitachi's values, business principles, and operational best practices.

  • Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills.

  • Contributing to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong academic record with a demonstrable aptitude for learning and problem-solving.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • A keen interest in Hitachi's industries and technologies.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and environments.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
