About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
As a Senior Product Manager in Ad Tech at People Inc, you will lead a scrum team dedicated to enhancing programmatic capabilities, driving innovative monetization strategies, and improving our ad stack architecture. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to scale and optimize our ad tech platform. Your work will directly impact critical business outcomes such as operational efficiency, channel visibility, and campaign effectiveness, while contributing to meaningful revenue growth and better user engagement. This role partners closely with Platform Operations leadership to translate activation strategy into scalable product capabilities and partner integrations.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on product management experience in digital advertising, preferably in a scaled exchange. You should excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling complex challenges.

In-office Expectations: This position offers remote work flexibility; however, if you reside within a commutable distance to one of our main offices in New York, Des Moines, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Seattle, the expectation is to work from the office three times per week.

About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
The D/Cipher Product & Partnerships team is building the next generation of advertising intelligence products at People.inc. We sit at the intersection of data, media, identity, AI, and advertising technology, creating products that connect planning, activation, optimization, and reporting into a unified platform. Our work powers intent-driven advertising across owned and operated properties and the open web, helping brands understand real people, real behavior, and real-time intent at scale.

We are a highly collaborative team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, designers, and commercial partners focused on solving complex industry problems with modern platform thinking. Our roadmap spans audience intelligence, targeting, identity infrastructure, supply intelligence, reporting automation, AI-powered planning tools, and multi-channel activation across display, CTV, social, and emerging media environments.

The team moves quickly, works closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations, and values people who are curious, strategic, technically minded, and excited to build products that shape the future of advertising and media intelligence.

About The Position’s Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results
30%: Lead the execution of the D/Cipher ad tech product roadmap by managing a cross-functional scrum team focused on DSP/SSP integrations, activation scalability, and platform enablement capabilities.
