The Role
At QuidelOrtho, we’re advancing the power of diagnostics for a healthier future for all. Join our mission as our next Customer Data Analyst of Pricing. The Customer Data Analyst of Pricing is responsible for supporting price maintenance, approval workflows, and system updates within SAP and Vistex. This role manages annual price increases, new product launch pricing, GPO and IDN contract maintenance, and mass contract updates while ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance. The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert for pricing processes, supports internal and external audits, and participates in cross-functional global and U.S. projects.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with advanced knowledge of pricing and contracting systems, Microsoft Excel, and SAP and Vistex. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage timelines and complex projects, and the capability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
This position will be onsite in Rochester, NY.
The Responsibilities
SAP and Vistex data ownership (including accuracy and validity). Completes pricing requests utilizing established controls and communications.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required in this position. Individuals must demonstrate the ability to communicate to internal and external customers on a daily basis ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of pricing and contracting systems and how they interface with other systems throughout the company where related to price maintenance and reporting.
Implement agreements in Ortho’s contracting system using contract mass update functionality. Process requires comprehensive contract review and validation. Coordinate administrative logistics with necessary parties when required (contracting, distribution, service coverage, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead others through established procedures SOP/WKI's as written, facilitating or personally re-writing procedures as process improvements or business changes. Occur
Participate on cross functional teams to support Global / US projects

The Individual
Required:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 3–5-year business experience required, preferably in sales operations, contracting or an analytical role.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills and advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel and SAP preferred
Strong skills in attention to detail, resourcefulness, and follow-through to ensure price related timelines are achieved and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
Demonstrates ability to meet timelines and milestones of project work
Achieves communication objectives in challenging and complex situations with multiple levels with then organization.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $67,303,000 to $75,000 and is eligible for incentive compensation. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays.
