What You’ll Do
As a Millwright, you will:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
Perform precision alignments, leveling, and balancing of equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform fabrication and welding as required
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions quickly
Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Welding and fabrication experience
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent training
Experience in manufacturing environments common to the Tri-State area (food processing, plastics, metals, etc.)
PLC or basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
